I agree with Josephina, the second book has way more in it, the first hardly has anything.

The techniques are good and she is very realistic, I also have a 45 minute baby though and somedays her techniques work and some days it doesn't. I've used some of the techniques and I like her approach. There are heaps for sale on TradeMe, that's where I got mine.

You can get lots of the info online - Baby Whisperer forums or google Baby Whisperer. Also, try your local library. Has anyone read this book? Or used the techniques in it? Ive heard about this book but trying to decide if its worthwhile getting. Trying to get a five month old to sleep for longer than 45minutes at a time.
