You might want to try just a little bit in the morning and watch for reactions. As far as dairy goes I think you can introduce it before 12mths if there is no family history of allergy/intolerance. ]]>

If he has a pincer movement with his fingers he might enjoy blueberries and peas, my son loved them at 8/9 months.]]>

I also found at that age Ella loved eating any type of melon- I don't think I gave her apple that young as I was really worried about croking, but melon is&nbsp;great coz it is so soft and watermelon is prefect for a hot day. &nbsp;&nbsp;Also cruskits were great.</P>]]>
