I found that if I used J & J nappy liners (even cut in half) soaked in tepid water that it healed up pretty quickly too. The hospital I was at use these too (or similar disposable gause) instead of baby wipes. Eventually I discovered that the Huggies unscented baby wipes were the best to use. They are thicker, softer and dont irritate the skin. If things got too bad I also used Sudocrem. They do settle down eventually. Also found that male doctors were very understanding when it came to little boys bits!]]>

I've noticed that my son is getting red and the skin looks like it's peeling right by his scrotum. I was using pams baby wipes as I've got 2 other children in nappies also so I was thinking maybe the wipes were irritating him so I got him some huggies non scented wipes. Apart from sunbathing his privates is there any cream or powders that are really good? Any info would be much appreciated...]]>
