I took Jake for about 4-5 visits, then he did a half day with a nap, before he started. I went for one visit and Levi didnt really need me. The second visit, he took off playing and so after half an hour I left. He occasionally gets clingy and cries when I leave but I know that as soon as I am out of the door he is happy and before I make it to the car he is off playing again.

Its hard to leave them there but the teachers understand this and are used to parents struggling with it. I think it took longer for me to settle in rather than him. Levi adores pre-school and never wants to come home with me.

i went with them about 3 or 4 times, each visit i'd reduce the length of time i stayed.

We went on a couple of visits where Gina would play around with the other kids, have lunch etc while I was there.

My babies start daycare next year they have two mornings one week and then they start full time the week after so I was wondering how many visits should we do (where I stay) before they have their first morning??
