She said- completely normal and not to massage it to try to make it go away but to put a cold compress on it. Otherwise if you massage it u produce more milk in that area. She said some ladies come up with lumps the size of golf balls there when their milk comes in!! No temp or anything, I feel great (apart from being tired) so will just see how it goes today .. it's a bit smaller after feeding Callum at the hospital and not so sore.]]>

Sometimes lumps are easier to express out by hand than with a pump. If you can't get it out, have a word to your midwife to rule out anything else and ask her for advice on getting it out coz if it stays there you could end up with a breast infection.]]>
