Here is the link to the one we just got, my boy is 14.5kgs and 93cm (tall for 20 months) ...Can't recommend this seat highly enough, its on special at the moment too and it breaks down to just a booster once they're big enough to go without the 5 point harness. Also one of the only seats on the market that goes up to 45kgs, most stop at 26-36.

He is big enough (geez he's a big boy!!) but you will need to get a five point harness at his age.

The baby car seats are safest for any age (within height limits of course), so the booster will never be as safe as those.
