Make sure they are well cleaned and dried and aired in their creases (Josh had lots when he was little).  <br /><br />It could be infected excema if its behind the knees tho so if the creams dont work the doc will prolly give you antibiotics and/or hydrocortizone cream but ask on here cos i have heard some have had great success with some natural creams for excema rather than the steriod based ones the docs give you.]]>

Maybe you could try getting a bit more air to the area and a bit of barrier cream may help.&nbsp; I have never used baby powders or curash but they may also help.&nbsp; ]]>
