I think its called sudocream in the little grey pot.

We used bepanthem which is really good for nappy rash, cuts, well everything really. Make sure they are well cleaned and dried and aired in their creases (Josh had lots when he was little).

It could just be an area that hasn't dried or gotten sweaty and it might just be a bit of fungal infection.
