I used to take the gremlins EBM in the insulated pockets of my nappy bag. When we were travelling I used a small cooler bag with an icepack.<br /><br />It's fine at room temp for up to 12 hours. I used to take their night bottles out and put them on the bench before I went to bed so they were at room temp by the time they wanted feeding and didn't take so long to warm.]]>

Im going to a course tomorrow and want to take some just in case as im not breastfeeding Ava anymore, just expressing and using formula.  <br /><br />I have a bag with insulated pockets - do i just put the bottle in there?
