Hi- I believe you can start any time taking it ( as long as you're not pg) I waiting until AF started so I knew I wasn't. Last time I did it for a month and got my BFP with my son the following cycle. Just discovered Vitex through one of the other posts on here. What is your experience of using it? Is it ok if taking elevit etc? should you start it after your period or does it not matter when you begin?
