Yep Isla has definatly become more clingy lately. If either one of us walks out the door without her, Ella stands at the door sobbing for them for a good 10 mins. So maybe it's that phase? Or maybe it's just the cold she's got making her a bit precious. Argh, Sienna is like that too Anna, she screams when I leave her with Renata (the nanny) even tho Renata's been looking after them since they were 8 mths old! I think it's probably quite common. Ashlee hasn't become clingy, but she has been afraid to do some things that she would have done at an earlier age. For example, we used to walk down the drive to the letterbox to get the mail (not a long walk, and something she really enjoyed doing) but now, she wants me to carry her and gets really, really upset and stands in front of me and holds my leg until I pick her up! It's probably a fear thing but I can't put it down to one particular event that might have scared her from wanting to do it.
