We keep lil miss' room at around 20 degrees at night and she wears a short sleeved cotton dome under singlet, a cotton or merino gown and socks and then wrapped in her Miracle Blanket with one doubled over cotton blanket over her. She sleeps in a hammock tho which kind of cocoons her so she keeps nice and warm.

If it is sweaty then take a layer off.
Also, my plunket nurse told me the rule of thumb with dressing babies is to put on one more layer than you would wear.

Hope that helps!

Her bedding consists of 2 flannelette cotton sheets and 2 fleecy cotton blankets. Does that sound like too much? The room temperature seems on the chilly side but according to our Tommee Tippee monitor it averages 18 degrees c.
