Sometimes she'll have a nap when we get home from picking up our youngest boy from school at about 3.30 but that kind of interferes with the nighttime routine]]>

She would want to stay up way tooo late and be full of beans. Some days she will still have it if it's been a really big day :) And she sleeps a tad longer and later in the mornings now.]]>

For a while we did early lunch and then in bed at 12 and then I slowly pushed it out till 1pm just to make my life a bit easier as early lunches can be a pain to fit around other activities.]]>

So I put her back down and and sometimes I'm lucky and sometimes we repeat this game a few times. And she used to be a very good sleeper. 2-3 hrs in the morning, 1-1.5 hrs in afternoon.]]>
