Had more bloods today, progesterone has dropped to 4 from late 60's and hcg was less than 5.

I bet I know what is going to show soon. Bummer

I had a strange AF before the missed one but knew when I had OV'd so I tested 2 weeks after that and got a really really faint BFP

Got more CM before AF was due, like a week I think and it just sorta increased as the week went on.

Hi, I am now 16dpo, after ovulation tests, had blood tests on monday day 9dpo, no hcg, very high progesterone, more last thurs 12dpo (but 28days from last period) still no hcg but even higher progesterone. Have a few strange tummy pains over weekend and was convinced it was going to show this morning but nothing. Did a urine test this afternoon and negative. I am now on day 32 but 16 days after OD. If I was pregnant would it be showing by now? I have had 2 mc before and I did not find out with both of them until day 35 at least.
How late after OD have people found out? I am on low dose aspirin as recomended by specialist.

The longer it goes on the harder it is when I'm not. Will have to have bloods again in the morning to be sure

My bbs felt very different to achy AF bbs, sorta sharper pains rather than a bruised kind of ache.

Rillamyrilla, I felt really light headed and not with it at about 7DPO. Also, my teeth felt dirty all the time. Oh, and as I got closer to AF due time I had increase CM rather than 'drying up' like I usually would before AF.

Just wondering when you all started experiencing your symptoms - eg was it a few days past BD'ing/OV or a few weeks? Just wondering when your body officially starts to recognise that it's pregnant. Dotty Implantation usually occurs between 7 - 10 days after ovulation. I'd say if you had BT's done and your specialist said you've ov'ed you probably have. It does sound promissing though. Good luck

Hi all, I apparently ovualted on saturday (specialist was running tests) and today (tues), well this afternoon I started getting a pinching, sharp pain in one spot, not a cramp but just like someone was sticking a pin into one place. Also (sorry to be yucky) but also a slight discharge, not alot but enough for me to notice. Could this be implantation signs or is it too early? or have I just ovualted late and specialist was wrong?
Have had 2 mc's so trying to not get my hopes up, but the pain seems strange and very located?

Haha I know how ya feel! It's the not knowing that kills! I think the symptoms tend to come and go in terms of severity, so your experience is probably not uncommon. Not long to wait though huh! I tested at 10dpo and got a bfn, then at 16 dpo and got a bfp. Oooh I hope so!!! Kept tossing and turning last night, because I like to sleep on my side and it hurt so bad

Then when DH took my temp this morn, he told me excitedly that it's 36.77 - I just told him (still half asleep) that yeah I know, I'm pregnant. My bbs hurt so bad I'd better be!!!

Anyway, now that I'm fully awake, my breasts don't feel like they hurt anymore so maybe I've dreamt the soreness up???

Spicy Chick, I'm not much help as I got pg on my first cycle off bcp so don't remember pre af symtoms, however that is how my bb's are feeling now! I'm 5w5d today. Before my bfp I thought they were feeling bigger, didn't really look it, but felt heavier and fuller. Sounds promising anyway

Hey girls, for those of you who had sore bb's - are they diferent than the normal tender feeling of AF?

I'm not sure if I too am "willing" myself to feel the symptoms but today at 7DPO my bbs are sore (only when I feel them). They feel much bigger and sore when I press especially on the outer side of the breasts.

I can't remember if they feel differently than AF type sore tho

I think in the end I had a mixture of "coming of the pill" symptoms and pregnancy symtoms, which made it all the more confusing. All good though, I got my BFP's and I'm happy

Haha I'm such a retard, I caved and did another test Wednesday night, my last one. Came up with a nice strong big fat clear pink line of course!
Got blood tests back today and everything looks good

We have told my Mum and DH's parents now, all very thrilled for us

Just got my Dad to go and that's all we'll tell for a wee while I think. We'll probably tell more people as we go along but be selective with people we can trust to keep it to themselves, then everyone after the 12 week scan.

Doc's visit went well! She didn't even bother doing a test once I said I got 3 positives out of 3 tests. She calculated that I'm 5 weeks today! Said to organise a midwife straight away so we're off to see one on Monday

Exciting!

Really feel like doing another test, just to make sure, can see how people can become serial poas'ers! They took bloods though so I'm sure I'll hear pretty soon if somethings up.

Hehe thanks everyone! I'm still finding it hard to believe, except for the constant tiredness and ever growing boobs! Off to the doc later on today, I have a completely stupid unfounded fear that they'll say "what are you talking about! you're not pg, it's all in your head!" haha, guess that's just cuz I almost feel like it's not true until they confirm it. I'm sure it'll be ok, worrying over nothing

congradulations! Very happy for you and hope for a wonderful pregnancy. I had a blood test this morning and rung up hoping for results this afternoon - but told I cant get them till the morning - argh!!! I went for a jog tonight (am a runner) but felt a bit out of breath and an ache in left side. So stopped. My nipples still a bit tingly and no sign of AF - 35 days since LMP. Well, haven't been on here in a while so no one knows my progress but I'll tell ya now, BFP 2 days ago!!!!! So exciting! Really didn't take that long at all considering I took my last bcp on the 25th August. Anyone who was following my progress earlier might think it's taken longer than it has but I think I got it all wrong. Last AF while on the pill was like 15th August or something but I did have a small AF 2 days after coming off but originally didn't count that as AF. So thought I was due for AF earlier than I really was. I think I'll be 4 - 4 1/2 weeks now, as I tested 8 days ago and it was negative. Tested twice Saturday and once today and all positive! So! Off to the Doc tomorrow

Not telling anyone yet so I REALLY hope noone I know IRL reads this and works it out

I'm really sorry to hear about all your troubles Bree and kelleverona, sorry I don't really know what you are going through so can't really give any advise, but it sounds just awful and not fair! I too have had a MC so I can feel your emotional pain, anger, emptiness and frustrations. There is an area where you can post any specific questions in regards to TTC after MC where you can get comfort and reassurance from others that have suffered multiple MC's. Its "Life After Miscarriage" from the main page.

Good luck hun. I hope that your TTC journey is short lived

I am new to this site or any forum ever, but have spent the last few days reading as much as I can. My husband and I concieved end of last year whilst I was on the pill - although had missed a few. Very happy however miscarried early jan at 10 wks. I was told I didnt need D&C as most had bleed out, but in May I had D&C as still hadnt had period and felt very hormonal with positive urine tests and slow dropping HCG. After D&C had a period a few days later and then fell preg straight away. MC at 5 wks, didnt know preg till mc. First MC was spotting, cramps, bleeding over a few weeks, 2nd mc was strong cramps and clotting over 1 day. I was counting days between periods to try and see what my cycle was. 2nd mc was at day 34. At the A&E my Urine test was still negative, but the foetus was sent away and showed +ve preg. I then had another bleed at day 31 which I never showed as being +ve but was bright red bleed with bit of cloting. So possible 3rd MC, but not confirmed. Unable to go to Recurrent MC clinic until 3 confirmed MC. I paid to go to a specialist and have had a number of blood tests, so far all good, Karotype test we get back this week. My hubby and I meet with Specialist Thur. I am soo frustrated etc. I am trying to chart Mucus, but its all over the place, well seems to be later than day 14 and this month wasnt much. Now am day 28 and bit of mucus like they say you should have around ovulation. Nipples sore and a bit sicky one morning, but maybe due to overseas travel and not eating due to hot weather - dehydrated etc. I also exercise a lot. Its only been 1 year since first preg, but 2 (maybe 3) mc and I am soo frustrated. I have cut back on my sport (semi professional) to TTC but this is not happening. I am sick of being told, keep trying, it will happen, well at least you can get preg etc. I feel I have no one to turn to. My friends have either got preg easy, never had MC or been preg and my mother has very ill health so trying to keep things from here. My nipples have been erect since first preg. I get crampy tummy on one side around days 23 - 28 and think maybe preg, but then bleed and poss period. I dont really know where to go - I am very impatient. I was going to preg test today, but think getting a -ve would be too upsetting. Friends say stop thinking about it, but very hard when your body constantly sends reminders, or each time you go loo you are checking for blood, your monitoring your days, etc etc. Any advice tips. There is soo much on this website and I am slowly getitng through it all. Its nice to read that I am not alone, and that there are a lot of you having success.... I really wish I can have a baby soon. My hubby is 31 and I am 30. Both fit and healthy. My only downfall is chocolate and cafinne....trying to decrease this. well i never got results today.. I rang at 4pm but still hadnt come in but I can say that just now My AF has arrived good and proper.. sob sob

So I guess now I will have to go back to docs next week and see what we can do about my crazy body... (hormones) If they are doing this then how am i going to get pregnant.

Going to rejoin weightwatchers I think and start a healthy lifestyle.. Maybe this will take my mind off baby making and start making me feel a bit better..

Hiya, Went to the docs this morning.. Got Bloods.. Should hear this afternoon.. Im not so sure about a pregnancy now as I started bleeding early this morning (only very light and its stopped to clear disharge again) This sometimes happens though and tomorrow AF will be full on.. So not getting hopes up for this month..

So if negative He is going to send me to a specialist to help find out why my body is doing this to me.. yay finally a doc that is going to help!

he testing for thyroid as well..

Will let you know either way.

well, today still no AF and no sign of it.. Im still getting craps like its coming and headachy and tired.. I really feel shes coming.. I wish shed fricken hurry up and stop making me feel this way.

I tried another test today (just couldnt help myself) and BFN again but I dont think I had enough urine on it and bought up a faint blue line.. Not the pregnancy line. I just kept looking and looking and out it up to the light wanting to see a positve line haha. The things I have been doing. Sometimes Id see a postive and then its gone haha.. My mind is really playing on me now... Argh!!!!

Docs tomorrow so maybe I will find out a bit more... Will let you know.

2 weeks after due date is over a week away, next weekend. It varied between arriving on Saturday and Sunday. Still no AF for me. I've decided to test each weekend that she doesn't arrive...more so I can feel like I'm doing something, have some sort of plan! I bet now that I've written that down she'll come tomorrow! Which wouldn't be a bad thing, would know where I stand at least

Thanks caitlynsmygirl, good to know I'm not the only one!

Still no AF and still no idea when to expect it. No cramps or aches and pains so far today so that's a nice change. The other good thing that has come out of this is that I know it's not in my head! I was worried that it would be and it got me thinking that my subconscious is a powerful thing! I've probably been overthinking it, but I mean, it's a pretty big life altering decision! Tis hard not too.

Yea it's really annoying that the symptoms are the same for pg and AF huh Rianna!!! Feel a bit like your in no mans land! I think I'll be much happier when this initial cycle is over

Argh enough rambling. Good luck to you kellverona, hope your body can sort itself out. I'm impatient too but my DH is even more so! Really wants me to be pg NOW (not that he's putting pressure on me or anything)! Once he's made a decision he likes it to eventuate. Unfortunately with this one he'll just have to wait

Liz sorry to hear you got a BFN! I hope this cycle ends soon for you. Lizzzie , i so sympathise, i was just like you last month , i had sore breasts, nausea , was feeling tired etc,and didnt know whether to get my hopes up , or think it was from the pill...i had a blood test that was BFN so after that i was more expecting my period to come, it came a week later than usual...but of course the "usual " was only the pill cycle , not my real cycle ...and i did get my AF a week after i ovulated.
If AF does come , then at least you know your first cycle is over .
This cycle i havent had any side affects, would prefer you to get a BFP of course! but if it doesnt then hopefully you wont have such a confusing cycle next cycle

My AF is due today.. Still getting full on cramping as though it is coming but no sign yet.. crossing my fingers that it doesnt come... Not getting hopes up though..

Alright, after doing some more research, I have decided that my symtoms are almost definitely side effects to coming off the pill. I guess I was hoping for a small miracle (like my SIL, about 2 weeks later

) but I'll just have to wait for AF and go from there (and have fun practising in the meantime

).

The first cycle can be so confusing because you have to get to know your body as it naturally is. DH and I used protection for the first month so I could work it out. Glad we did because I felt so sick just from the hormonal change of going off the pill! And it was nice to feel like a natural woman again lol

Yea I have been wondering if everything I've been feeling is related to coming off the pill! Yup, this is my first cycle off. It especially hurts when I walk, when I step on my left foot, my left ovary hurts. Nothing going on on the right. Kinda annoying really!

Chikoin, thanks for replying, that's interesting about the chocolate smells for you! I haven't had any aversions to smell, just haven't felt like chcolate like I normally do.

Yup, I tested, but wasn't super excited to report my BFN

That was yesterday, AF normally arrives yesterday or the day before, today at the latest, but that was when I was on the BCP so who knows what will happen this cycle. I suppose there's still a chance, and the syptoms I've been feeling haven't gone away, I dunno. Guess I just need to continue with the waiting game. If AF stays away I'll test again this weekend. Until then, I'm gonna "try" not to think about it. I have had a pain off and on where I guess my ovaries would be, is that normal? Or symtomatic of anything?

Heya, AF due tomorrow.. Getting cramping, and pain on lower right side of tummy.

My breasts are having burning sensation in them now and my tummy is burning in the upper region, making me feel nauseous..

Cheese is also tasting funny now and lemondade and manderins taste poison..

Im so hoping AF is not coming.. Will soon see I guess.

Ive decided if Im not pregnant this month Im going to go on a diet cos my tummy is just soooooo huge.. You would swear I was pregnant, lol. seriously. Then concentrate on that more than getting pregnant then maybe it will happen...

kellverona, usually I crave milk when AF is coming but I didn't really feel like it that month. Not like I was totally off it but just wasn't loving it (now I can't get enough!)

Lizzzzie, I remember DH eating a cookie time near me early on and it smelt so bad! I seriously couldn't understand why anyone would like to eat chocolate and cookie together! That went away at about 13wks though and I decided they were the best cookie in the world lol

Hmmm, probably at about 3.5 weeks, just leading up to when AF was due when I'm usually quite dry.

Oh, and I didn't get sore boobs until about 5 weeks and it was a totally different kind of sore than normal AF achy boobs.

Got my BFP on the day AF was due, it was REALLY faint but when DH held it up to the lamp at the right angle we could see that wonderful line lol

Wow it's sooo hard not to get your hopes up

Another symptom I have is that I've completely gone off chocolate, I love chocolate! Also I have been waking up hungover without having anything to drink. No idea what that could be related to though. I also had a tiny bit of spotting last Saturday (I should say spot cuz that's all it was) with some cramping but now I sort of feel like AF is on her way

I'm also worried everything I'm feeling is psychological! I'm sure I'm not the only one, but it's not easy is it!

The waiting game is so hard, really want to test today but DH wants me to wait until tomorrow. Even then it could be too early, but I did one of those ticker things from lilypie and it said today was testing day.

I just want to know!

Thanks girls,

No I dont think Im pregnant.. I think my body is just tricking me now.. AF is due on Monday and starting to get the usual cramping etc.. Been feeling so tired the past week, milk tastes funny, waves of nausea, headaches and the thing that really confuses me is my boobs.

They are doing the same things my boobs did with first pregnancy. The nipples are getting darker, bumps look like pimples, disharge, and today i noticed the tiny spider veins running through them.. They are not very tender though unless I run, lol.

They have been changing for a few weeks now though so maybe Im going through some other hormonal changes?? Maybe it has something to do with weight gain?? My tummy is getting so big.. I look pregnant but Im not.

Did test a week ago and was negative but too soon too I guess.

Please no AF!!!

My teeth felt dirty even within an hour after brushing.
I had dizzy spells/light headedness.
DH said I didn't look well and felt hot.

That started at 3 weeks (1 wk after conception) and slowly got worse until about 5 weeks.
Morning sickness arrived at 6 weeks.

BFP at 4wks

Having said that, I wouldn't know EARLY signs, I only got a BFP at 6 1/2 weeks so not early at all. I must have had an inkling though because there was no reason for me to take a HPT I just did it and it was a BFP.

Light headed, wine didn't taste so good, funny (not AF) crampy feelings, AF didn't turn up, SORE boobs, tired.
That doesn't sound good at all, but I was happy to have ALL these symptoms.
