I just have tea bags which have lemon and vit C in them too. I just give her the 5 mls per day...she hated the taste at first but was quite willing today

Childrens herbal medicine are put into a glycertract which isn't alcohol; which all kids ones should be.

SH I just went to Harvest Wholefoods in Grey Lynn, to get some baby echinacea and the naturopath I spoke to said to give 10 drops per dose, ( .5ml). They suggested giving it to him in stewed apples or other fruit as the taste can be quite strong.

I decided to give her some diluted in water...just 5ml a day. No doctor would give me any advice on using it but I know it helps me when I'm sick. Oh well.
