Then he just has to put some vegies together and mash some spuds for a really nutricious meal.<br /><br />We have a huge range of ready meals here in the UK and I have one of those for my lunch each day, not sure if they have them in NZ but you if you have a smallish amount of left overs then definately freeze that too and note on the container that its a meal for one not a dinner for two etc.<br /><br />Also cereal bars/musli bars are good to have by your feeding spot so you can easily reach them for a snack once you plonk yourself down to feed baby.]]>

Maybe something like mini quiche, pies etc which are easy to eat one handed.<br />For tea - shepards pie, lasagna. I found the crockpot really great as I could put it on in the morning when Jack was asleep and not have to worry about preping dinner later]]>

We've gotten lots of those Uncle Ben's precooked rice packets to go with lots of the frozen meals.  <br /><br />I've also found lunch can be the most difficult meal once you're home by yourself with bubs so a good idea would be a couple of batches of muffins or similar that you can freeze individually then take them out one at a time.]]>
