i stopped BF in May but AF came back in january.

I have heard that bf does mess up your cycles. A BT is the only way to really know but don't stress tooo much about it until you get the results. How long a go did you stop bf? And do you get an af? I know that your cycles are irregular.

Hi,
Am wondering if anyone else has experienced problems getting thier cycle back to normal after finishing breastfeeding. Ive just been to the doc as am ttc #2 and my cycle is all over the place with irregular spotting and she thinks maybe im not ovulating? bc of the effect of bf.
has anyone else had this and does your body just adjust back to normal?
am going to have a blood test to check if am ovulating but dont really know what happens after that?
