I had 3 days worth of ovulation pain this month but they were the days before and of, though then again FF says they were the same of and 2 days after so could be the same as you.

I also get random cramps throughout the month which is one of the symptoms of endo.

Sometimes, this gets quite big and can get sore due to the hormonal changes post-ovulation. I get it sometimes. It is perfectly harmless, albeit a bit sore. Sometimes cysts can persist for a good 3 months before they resolve themselves. Women get them all the time but most are not aware of it. These particular cysts are totally harmless.

:)

I am not charting or temping, but figured with all the EWCM I had before then,it must be about right.
When I had the O type pain 4 days later,it happened when I got home from class, and it was on right side of ovary and right along lower back.
I know I didn't O 2x as from what I have read,if you O 2x it happens in 24hrs,not days appart.
I am not on any medication, just vitamins like, womens multi,Femzone and flaxseed oil.

Has anyone experienced this or know what it could be?
Thanks in advance.
