We serve up pretty much the same thing but it is varied.

Fruit, porridge and toast for breakfast
Veges/baked beans/spaghetti/egg (usually a mixture) or a vegemite/peanut butter sandwhich with fruit or yogurt for pudding for lunch.
Afternoon tea is usually fruit, raisens, crackers, plain biscut or cheese.
Meat and vege mash for dinner followed by custard, fruit or yogurt for pudding.

Fruit bread is a favourite here at the moment, they can have it toasted or just as it is. She might eat it if she doesn't realise its fruit.

Wow! Kylah throws anything that resembles fruit back at me!! Wont even taste it! I still give it to her though, just in case! 

Didnt think of toasting the sandwhiches thats a good idea :)

LOl about the apple! I just cut it into slices like quarter cut again so its slices. Thanks Nikki, that is a awesome chart! I tried Kylah on cream cheese and ham as well last week. Tom doesnt often get morning and afternoon tea as I forget but if he does it is either  a milk arrowroot, peice of fruit, mother earth baked fruit stick (I only give him half).

I have been trying new things with TOm lately and sandwiches are going down great.  We have moved on from vegemite to ham, chicken and cream cheese, egg...all gone well.

Daniel often has hummus on cruskits for snacks. He looooooooves le snaks. He basically just eats whatever we eat during the day now.

As allergies aren't a problem now and he's fine with lumps etc we don't limit anything.
