DP is on Menevit, and at this stage you can only get it in NZ via Fertility Associates, and its $90 + courier cost for a bottle of 90 capsules (take 1 a day). His results were a lot worse tho (count only 50% of minimum 'normal' range, and >5% morphology) and we have to go back as soon as he finishes them to see if its even made a difference.

Esther with the smoking thing has your DH tried hypnotism? Dh and I had it done about 8 weeks ago now and havent touched a ciggy since we had it done. We had the cravings afterwards but not the actual urge to go an have a smoke.

What about a general multi vitamin for men? I know Elevit do a male version called Menevit but it will be expensive I would imagine. Here is a linky for .menevit. Hey all
We had an appointment with the doctor this evening to discuss these. The doctor was mostly happy - seems that DH has lots of sperm with good motility but a high percentage of them are abnormal - the morphology number was below the figure for normal (can't remember exact figures though) I think that sounds pretty good but then I don't know much about that side of things.
Is there a way to make this figure better?? Obviously quit smoking is one of those... he's working on it. I think it helped when the doctor told him that would be helpful - but I knew that already, just glad the doc mentioned it
