The GP I went to go see (partner of my actual GP) told me with my problems that we can just prescribe clomid and fall pregnant easier. Most GP's can't prescribe it. Not sure why. I think some dr's can perscribe it, but it is usually given through a spec.

Can a regular GP prescribe clomid or does it have to be a fertility specialist? My GP said she couldn't but I was wondering if she was just saying that as she thought it was too soon.
