Oh thanks so much, I've just enquired at Four Winds Yoga in Ponsonby and I'm going to try that, its nice and central and someone recomended it so am going to start in a few weeks with another friend as well ... their website is www.yoga.net.nz and I'm going swimming a couple of times at week at health&sports so hopefully thats enough! its more than I did when I wasn't pregnant!! We're also going to a pregnancy massage workshop at bellamama on the shore which i'm excited about!!

The other place to have a look is http://www.xtend.co.nz/index.php it lists all the night classes and continuing education classes offered at high schools. I know that MAGS used to do PreNatal yoga as one of their night classes, but not sure if they still do!

Hi - check out the yoga academy http://www.yoga.co.nz/home.asp they are on Federal Street (behind St Matthews church). I went to their lunchtime ones when I was working in town, they were really good, but I found that working fulltime and trying to fit in the lunchtime sessions quite tough. I went twice a week for about 4 weeks.

The other one is the Yoga Centre up on St Benedicts Street, but dont know if they do pregnancy ones....might be worth giving them a call. http://www.yogacentre.co.nz/events.html

Can anyone recomend a good pilates or yoga class for pregnancy?? Preferably somewhere around Newmarket, Parnell, City, Ponsonby, Mt Eden areas? Thanks so much!
