I remember T having a surge in hunger about that age, also totally agree with the others, we work on a 2 hour up routine here, so he wakes at 7.30 goes down at 9.30, gets up again about 10.30 then goes down at 12.30 sleeps for a few hours then is up till dinner time, we have had that routine since he was about Ks age I think, let us know how you get on :)

I tried the safety sleep thing with T and he would cry terribly so i gave up on it let him sleep where he wanted and he sleeps really well. He prefers to sleep on his tummy usually horizontally across the top of the cot

Edited by SimoneF

It really made the whole bedtime experience really simple and easy to figure out. Its called "Babywise" by Gary Ezzo. It may help.........

That's how we got rid of Jack's wrap.

Ella wakes around 6.30/7 in the mornings and goes down for her first sleep around 9.30 and she is around 4 months older.

If she likes being wrapped I would just continue wrapping her and putting her in the safe T sleep. She will eventually grow out of it. Ella is also a very wiggly baby/toddler in her cot, but once she figured out how to undo it I gave up on it and just let her roam around her cot (she eventually goes to sleep in some strange position).

Daniel wakes up between 7 and 7:30 and he goes back down between 10 and 10:30 and he's a few months older than Keziah. So maybe try an earlier nap time?

She may need more prep for bed so she knows its going to be sleep time. With Daniel we go down to his room, change his nappy etc and sit and read a book quietly or sing a little song (he loves twinkle twinkle little star) and then popped down into bed. It just helps him recognise that it's now time to sleep

PM me if you want to have a look at it!
The only think I can think of is she's getting too overtired, so maybe try putting her down for her naps earlier.. e.g after being up for an hour in the morning, put her back down??? they seem to settle easier when they haven't been up for too long (well my boys didn anyway).
Also the normal things, maybe get the doc to check her ears?? she may have sore ears or something that is preventing her from settling happily..all the best
xx
