-how many DPO you were: 13DPO. When I first looked at it I really thought it was negative or had one of those grey/clear lines. Had another look two seconds later and there it was staring back at me - the line was almost as dark as the control.


- your symptoms before your BFP (if any): I've been really hungry over the last 2-3 years, been eating twice as much as normal. TMI - but I have been really gassy and doing a lot of poos too. Also, peeing lots. DF and my best friend both had dreams about babies and pregnancy. Really though the hunger thing was the only out of the ordinary symptom I've had - everything else I got every other month! 



-how many months you were trying: 6 months trying, three months trying really hard and obsessing over it all.

-how many DPO you were: 9DPO. I didn't look until two minutes after i tested because i was expecting a negative. line was half as dark as the control and i was using a discover test.

- your symptoms before your BFP (if any): 1dpo i had a dream that i had a baby, 3dpo i had a metallic taste but it went away. i had a sore lower back for a week and constipation as well. 4 and 5dpo i had heartburn and 7dpo i had a pimple.

-how many months you were trying: 3 months trying, got BFP second month of confirmed ovulation (i wasn't ovulating before that)

When I was pregnant with #1 mine were the same, they were so sensitive that if they got cold - in the wind or anything - they were so painful. -how many DPO you were: 12DPO, AF should have come as have regular cycles and it was the day! Line came up faintly right from the word go and got dark in less than a minute...then I cried and couldn't see so much

- your symptoms before your BFP (if any): I had really tender and swollen feeling breasts especially the nipple area to the point of tears, and a kind of knowing feeling.

- your symptoms before your BFP (if any) I had the usual AF symtoms of spotting and mild cramps. I'd had the cramps for about a week though and I also kind of went off V which I have all the time. The only ones I could drink were the lemon ones. Nothing much else, though FF gave me the highest possibility that I'd ever had. Usually by the time AF is due it's down to 4pts and I think it was in the 50s.

-how many months you were trying 16 months

This is a good idea, then that way we can symptom spot based on others experiences

- how many DPO you were when you got a line: 8DPO

- your symptoms before your BFP (if any): I had a slight pinching feeling down to the left from 3DPO which basically felt like the egg makin its way down tube cos i had it the month before on the other side and got BFP but MCed that one. this month was quite hard cos i was quite sick and tired 7&8 DPO but im not convinced it was anything to do with being preg cos it was quite full on sick feeling and after 2 days it went away. On DPO7 i got this breath taking pains, that lasted a second at a time but it was enough of a pain to make me gasp and it lasted a good half a day.....im wondering if that mightve been implantation

-how many months you were trying 15months TTC, with one MC last month then got another BFP straight away (still praying this one sticks, so far so good)

- your symptoms before your BFP (if any) None! I thought AF was on her way as I had spotting and very mild cramps! Boobs didn't start hurting until a week after my BFP. Peed a lot and was really tired but that also happens for me when AF is due.

Some nausea and grumpiness, but they are also my normal AF symptoms so I didn't pay much attention. I haven't really had many symptoms at all, except mega sore boobs from about 6 weeks, nausea and tiredness.

I'm pretty early on but here goes:

-how many DPO you were: 14 DPO when I got my 1st clear positive on clearblue, had faint positive on Quickcard at 12&13 DPO but it was outside the time limit so I didn't count it.

- your symptoms before your BFP (if any): Mild nausea on/off, tired, heavy bloated feeling, AF type cramps on/off, sore nipples, craving for savoury food eg. marmite on toast - similar to hangover :).

-how many months you were trying: 2 Months in total but 1 month of charting.

-and your EDD: 2nd November according to FF, so don't know how accurate that is.


Also just adding we BD'd the 3 days before Ov and Ov day. Also if I hadn't been charting think we might have missed it cause though I had Ov'd earlier (had 2 lots of EWCM) so I'm a BIG advocate for charting.

13DPO with FMU, af usually turns up on 12DPO pm, or 13DPO am, so was only just due for af... got verrrry faint bfp, bit darker the next morning, then at 18DPO midday got the darkest bfp I would imagine is even possible

Nothing to make me think of testing (in fact with all the cramping I swore af was on its way) but similar to Konagirl, high temps when it is sposed to dip a day or so prior to af (going by my norm anyways)

-how many months you were trying-
Charting for 14.5 months, and trying for 20 months all up

-and your EDD.-

Oh Konagirl, I had goosebumps reading your post - I feel so emotionally happy for you! I was going to wait until much later before I post on here, but what the heck, 6 +ve HPTs later I should really stop worrying and just enjoy it!!! So here it goes:

-how many DPO you were:
13 DPO - obvious but faint line on Discover Early with FMU, within 1 minute.
Then tested on 14 DPO with FMU, again another BFP
(And 15 DPO, 16DPO and 17DPO!!!) Progressively get darker, but reason why I've bought more sticks and continued testing was coz when I went to the doc on 15 DPO, I tested -ve on Quick card at the docs.

- your symptoms before your BFP (if any):
6 DPO: Creamy CM, sore BBs
7 DPO: Creamy CM, sore BBs and woke up at 4am for wee wee
8 DPO: Creamy CM, extremely sore BBs and very emotional
9 DPO: Creamy CM, BBs less sore but tingling nips, and right ovary keep twinging
10 DPO: Creamy CM, soreness of BBs comes and goes, very tired
11 - 12 DPO: Creamy CM, sore BBs, tired, twinging in lower ab again

And also, throughout the LP, my temps stayed consistently high above cover line


-how many months you were trying: 2 months (2nd month started charting, and got BFP!)

Ok, it's early days but I'm going to do this none the less.

-how many DPO you were: 11, faint but positive quick card test, today (12) the line was slightly darker

- your symptoms before your BFP (if any): high, and consistanly high temps (I've charted for a year); tingly breasts - esp the left one; light cramps; tirdness in afternoon; bit more hungry (was so hoping I was preg!).

-how many months you were trying: 18. DP had swimmers not working and I had cysts which turned out to be endometrial. Lap and Dye 3 months ago. We are under FA care and our doc said my tubes were basicly completely blocked so we wouldn't get preg without IVF. Started seeing a natropath as soon as we got both our diagnosis. It's worked and we're thrilled!

-and your EDD: June 25th 2009, seems a lifetime away.

-how many DPO you were: approx 11 DPO when I got the first faint BFP (although I have no idea what day of my cycle I actually ov'ed so that's just going from CD 14). Also got BFP's on 12, 14, and 15 DPO. I hadn't planned to test so early - or so much! - but I accidentally bought 4 tests instead of 2 so decided it was ok if I 'wasted' one hahaha
- your symptoms before your BFP (if any): not much - extreme tiredness, mood swings, and slightly firmer boobs but not sore.

-how many DPO you were,- I dont actually know for sure ( I didnt do any OPKs and had NO ewcm) but i think by the time i was PEER PRESSURED by certain people off the 2ww thread i was 17 dpo, haha

-how many DPO you were  - 16 DPO when I got my BFP, had a BFN at 10 DPO. I didn't know my DPO until we worked out the dates with the Doc.
- your symptoms before your BFP (if any) - Twingy sharp pains, some like AF and some not. Fuller and heavier boobs. Light headedness, and very mild nausea. Was really tired as well, went to bed before 9pm some nights. That happened at about 13 DPO I think. Boobs are super sore now, started when I was about 5 and a half weeks.
-how many months you were trying - Didn't even get AF after coming of the pill!
-and your EDD -  3rd June



ETA: Just thought I'd also mention when I did my test at 10 DPO I really felt like I wasn't pg, but at 16 DPO I was really hopeful, felt like there was a pretty good chance

I'll do mine too - cos I found this really useful!

-how many DPO you were  - Around 17DPO. I think. I wasn't charting or anything.
- your symptoms before your BFP (if any) - twingey sharp pains, not like AF cramps. Sore nipples (not boobs) which felt really hard underneath, and fuller boobs. Light headedness, and mild nausea. Feeling a bit gloomy - but I normally do before AF anyway.

- your symptoms before your BFP (if any), Road map of blue veins through breast and areole (mostly left breast), really painful left nipple, nipples are redder, small cold sore started day before BFP, and a small pimple day before that (I don't get pimples), temp dip at 10DPO
-how many months you were trying 11
-and your EDD. 06/06/09 which will be in the 10th year of DH and I being together and a few months after our 5 year wedding anniversary

Hey

We been tcc for 4 cycles now. I had a mc 2 years ago, scared it'll happen again

so I got a BFP today yay!

tested 11dpo- bfn (too early, couldnt wait)
tested today 15 dpo bfp
cramps around 6dpo
been feeling waves of nausia for about since 11dpo, not vomitting, just waves.
kept going to the loo thinking AF was there- she wasnt.
Now starting to feel bloated.
boobs are fine- still, perhaps a little heavy, but not sore (yet)

Biggest symptoms:
CLUMSY majorly
MOODY really irrational, snappy, major swings

ok so here is me (hopefully)

- BFN on 13dpo, BFP on 17dpo

- Started TTC in January after coming off depo-provera, Started charting May, Got my BFP the first cycle that i had confirmed ovulation

- Due date 1st May

- Have cramps, sore boobs (eased off a bit recently), sense of smell getting better and REALLY tired. also very hormonal and teary.

Well,  I'm a little scared to do this because I don't want to jinx myself either,  but here goes!

- 11DPO -faint line on an HPT, and a slightly darker one today at 12DPO

- *really* weird crampy type feelings around 6/7 DPO, and my infamous PSN which are feeling more sore than usual.

- Started TTC by charting Nov 2007, m/c in March 08, but been off BC for a total of about 12 month before getting this last BFP!!  

- EDD is 7-15 May 2008 (cos I *think* I ov later than usual this cycle...so not sure if right now I'm nearly 4 or nearly 5 weeks along lol). Will find out at some stage no doubt!

- My nipples were really tender, and really really moody (poor dh) and for some reason I just new, I keeped telling dh even before af was due that i was but he didnt really believe me!!! ( put why would he believe a crazy moody lady hehe)

-Started in Nov 07 and BFP in Jan 08

how many DPO you were- 13 DPO (my luteal phase is 12 like clockwork so I was 1 day late)
- your symptoms before your BFP (if any)- to be totally honest at that stage they could have (and were) easily mistaken for AF symptoms. The main one that was over and above normal AF was exceptionally big sore bbs.
-how many months you were trying- conceived on the 13th month TTC
-and your EDD- been and gone!

Hi All

I don't know when I ovulated, but definitely had symptons from week 3 (nausea, dizzyness, fatigue). Most of this went away by the time AF was due (week 4). Tested on Friday, which was two days after AF was expected and got a BFP!

Not really trying but we wanted to get pregnant and weren't using contraceptives.

Our EDD is 6 March 2009! Oooh, what a great thread idea!

-Got BFP 28 days after LMP (I don't know when I ov'd, I didn't think I even had, I went by symptoms and days, not temps or tests)

-Felt 'odd' at 3wks, like a bit dizzy and not with it. My teeth felt dirty all the time! Normal swollen AF boobs just kept getting bigger!

-Trying since Oct '07, BFP in Feb '08

-EDD 26th Oct

ETA; BDing every second day after AF is what worked for us! And 3 days in a row around when ov was due (only because it was our wedding anniversary. Yeap, we actually BD'd for pleasure that night haha)

- BFP 2 days after AF was due

- AF type cramps thought AF was coming even had wine as was 100% positive was not preggy.

- TTC for one month

- EDD 17th September 2008

Just leave a quick note in here when you get your BFP so we can all see how many BFP's we are getting.

Let us know :
-how many DPO you were,
- your symptoms before your BFP (if any),
-how many months you were trying
-and your EDD.
