They do it with two nurses at our clinic so it gets done faster - they do one in each leg at the same time, then one of them quickly gives the third jab.  <br /><br />Hannah always had three jabs in one go - the two that are now combined, and menzb.]]>

So no real difference as long as they have the new combined vaccine.]]>

It's a new jab so I'd want to do that by itself (which is what we did for menzb) so if there was a reaction its easy to figure out which one has caused it. Plus immunisations do send their systems haywire a bit so giving that many at once to me is too much.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=18396">ElfsMum</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 17947<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 05 June 2008 at 1:27pm<br /><br />Can't be bothered finding out how to spell the new vaccine (replacing menzb ..i went to doc about something else.. they said when he is 5 months he will get two combined jabs and the new jab.. and then a week later have the MENZ or he can get it at the same time though they have no research obviously on whether its safe or not so not sure what to do..<br /><br />just got out paper..so he will have dip/teatnus/whooping cough/hep and the haemophilus one and the pnemoccocal :( so not sure what to do..doc said no medical reason not to have the three jabs.. what would you do? have the first two and go back in a week for the menz one or have them all at once?:( and he will have to go back at 10 months for the last menz one then be on normal schedule with everyone else.. <span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by foxxy_one</span>]]>
