The nurse who did Phoenix's new jab said to do them seperately, so we are back in a week to do MenzB.

He had a lil fever today and slight swelling were injection took place. Just go with what you feel more comfortable with. Jack is having all of his at once, not sure whether our doc has old or new stock but it doesn't bother me in the slightest. I'm just going to get them all at once. Chloe didn't react badly to her last ones, so hopefully she won't be bad this time around either. Personally I don't want to have to go through the whole injection-at-the-Doctor process more times than absolutely necessary, I just want it out of the way. I hate watching her have them

I will probably get all of Greers done at once - so she will have three jabs (the combined one, menzb and prevenar). They do it with two nurses at our clinic so it gets done faster - they do one in each leg at the same time, then one of them quickly gives the third jab.

It should only be 3 jabs tho - as all the other ones are now combined and then there will be the menzb and the new one.

Your clinic must still be working with the old stock so I would ask them to order in the new combined one.

Mac only had 2 injections at his 5 months so then if he was eligible for the new one he could have had 3 which is what he had at 6 weeks and 3 months. I would delay for a week personally, just thinking how i would like 4 jabbies at once compared to 3 and 1 a week later.

That's what i did with ayja's Menzb ones, i didn't want them all at the same time so i would go in between the scheduled ones and get the menzb ones.

Its up to you. I personally wouldn't bother delaying and would do the whole lot at once and get it over with. They will have all been tested together at some stage as they need to be under NZ law.

All docs should allow you to choose what and when you want to immunise, so even if the schedule says they are given at the same time u dont have to do them at the same time. they dont do it seperate kebakat...the only one they do seperately a week later is the MENZ one:(

the haem one is infranix the pneumococcal is prevenar..

I'd seperate them. It's a new jab so I'd want to do that by itself (which is what we did for menzb) so if there was a reaction its easy to figure out which one has caused it. Can't be bothered finding out how to spell the new vaccine (replacing menzb ..i went to doc about something else.. they said when he is 5 months he will get two combined jabs and the new jab.. and then a week later have the MENZ or he can get it at the same time though they have no research obviously on whether its safe or not so not sure what to do..

just got out paper..so he will have dip/teatnus/whooping cough/hep and the haemophilus one and the pnemoccocal :( so not sure what to do..doc said no medical reason not to have the three jabs.. what would you do? have the first two and go back in a week for the menz one or have them all at once?:( and he will have to go back at 10 months for the last menz one then be on normal schedule with everyone else..
