I think I only started taking it last month, or maybe at the end of the month before. Last month my o date was later - jumped from 17 to 20 but this month it dropped back to 14 which is great! I'm hoping for a longer LP this month. It's been 8 and 9 the last couple of months and this is day 9 so hoping AF stays away for the whole weekend (and really beyond if poss!) This month I think I've had less cramps, definitely not before ovulation, a little around o, and then the last 2 days.

I'd say stick with it. She said you need to take it for a good 3 months before thing settle down.

I hope it doesn't continue too! The Vitex made my 3 week AF go away, and I also ovulated 1 week after starting it. If I'm not preg this month, I hope I ovulate earlier than day 28 next cycle!!

Good luck with having a longer luteal phase!

I O'd on CD13 so I know its working. I'm also taking B6 complex hoping to extend my LP from 10 days to 13-14. Not sure how that's going but today is 8dpo so I'll find out soon.

I don't normally have a lot of pain BEFORE AF - just during it. Sometimes I'll get cramps a day or two before but they are just in my uterus area. This month I've had pretty much constant pain. I had O pains on CD13 and they were pretty bad that night then they eased off but never totally went away. Since about Friday (5dpo) they have been getting worse. Also my lower back is killing me and my hips hurt. I never have back pain laeding up to AF and I have never felt hip pain like this before. It almost feels like I've been for a really really really long walk. Also, (tmi) I constantly feel like I have to fart but I can't. Just wondering if anyone has had this happen to them before because of the Vitex/B6? I'm hoping its just my body sorting itself out and I won't have to put up with this every month.
