I have been having those dreams this week (2 of them?) and also dreams about waking up wetting my pants - fortunately not true! But I did really need to go! Don't worry, I know what you mean... I actually thought I WAS pregnant again, not just a dream, and it scared the living daylights outta me  The first time around needs some recovery time I think

I know what you mean about dreams of being pregnant. When I was preg the first time I kept dreaming of giving birth to twins and they continued for months after my sons birth.

Strange enough, this preg brought us twins - something that I never would have thought would happen to me. It has come totally out of the blue but now remembering the dreams I used to have.....who knows, maybe, it was meant to be.

Hehehe, I had a dream the other night that I was knocked up with twins! I actually woke up in tears because I was freaking out and really, really not wanting them, and feeling so guilty for feeling that way.
