there is a list of locations on the website - not at my local chemist, but if I ever get out of my suburb again, I'm going to get some...

ETA - I'll be interested to hear what your Doc says - I used 0.05% hydrocort on Anyssa's head (pharmacist thought I should) for 4 days and it has worked well - she was itching it and had scabs on her head too - I'm just using olive oil now to keep it from drying out, and her hair is finally growing back in.

I just googled dermol (what i put on it last night) and it was a steroid cream and not for babies under one so oops I learnt my lesson there. It did work really well tho so i might go to the drs and get something for her.

I can't think of any hats she has been wearing but I might keep everything off her head for a while and get a few more cotton sheets for her.

Something like sudocream would work really well if you can get it through the hair line. The other thing to try would be nutraplus which is fairly cheap from the pharmacy but again can be a mission to get through hair.

Aww poor Caprece.

I think this is what Harry's was/is as well. I was naughty mummy and put a bit of my hydrocortisone on it (a lil bit isn't too bad) and it cleared up straight away. The one I have is Locoid Lipocream 0.1%. This is what I find best for healing eczema, and then aqueous or lemnis fatty cream for prevention.

Could be worth a visit to the doc and see if he can prescribe a cream?

Triggers for eczema - different for different people, but things that could make it flare up is dairy, scented body wash type stuff (I just wash Harry in aqeuous), change of season - hey maybe she has a hat she's wearing that is irritating it? Just thinking cos it's getting colder and it's only on her head. She might be irritated by wool or something? Maybe make sure she's sleep on cotton in case she's sensitive to other fabrics.

Ok I'm sure Caprece has ecxema on the top of her head and I have noticed she is itching it a lot. The weird thing is it has just appeared about a month ago and I can't think of anything new she has had. So...

What have people found the best treatment for it? I have been putting aqueous cream on it but then it started smelling so I washed it all off (just with water) but that made it go all red and weepy. Then I put dermol cream that ben has for his eczema on it and she didn't scratch it after that but I'm not sure its ok for babies.

What are the main culprits for eczema that I can try and avoid? she doesn't have it anywhere else but on top of her head.
