Tom was all formula except the first one in the mornign. I started to suspect he was either not getting much from me or not taking much as he seemed really hungry soon after as well.  <br /><br />So last week I just dropped it one day, got him out of bed, plonked him by his toys and made his cereal.  He ate that, an hour later I gave him 150ml bottle and put him back to bed....no hassles.<br /><br />I did this for a few days and then decided (when he started waking at sparrows fart) that 100ml as soon as he wakes and then breaky at 7am was a better way to do it.  I still give him a bottle before I put him back down to bed.<br /><br />]]>

I just dont like the taste of our town supply and just heat the water only in the microwave (if the kettle is cold) then add the formula - that way its all mixed together and no chance of burning little man as by the time the formula is added and shaken up the 30secs stand time is over.</P>]]>

Its not uncommon for a baby at that age to want something more than just milk.]]>
