I had lots of milk (do this time as well) and I used to express a little off in the shower to take the pressure off. For me it took a couple of weeks to dry up but as I never actually fed it is probably different]]>

I found once I had stopped feeding entirely that i still had to express a little of in the shower each morning for about a week just for comfort and then I was able to stop.]]>
