When I lost my twins and my milk came in my midwife suggested Milk stop and it seemed to work quite well. I had lots of milk (do this time as well) and I used to express a little off in the shower to take the pressure off. Try giving her half bottle/half boob at those feeds so that she takes less and therefore you will produce less, or express those feeds but don't express until empty that way your boobs will make less, then just keep expressing/feeding her less until you feel comfortable stopping. I just gradually replaced a BF with a FF every few days, I still have milk here but only got lumpy once. I have been weaning Keziah for the last month and a bit..

Was dropping 1 feed per day in the beginning and am now bottle feeding her for every feed apart from the morning and night time feeds... My supply has dropped alot but still not enough to completely wean her...
