I took Blessed Thistle when b'feeding Gina and it didn't make any difference to my milk supply. I take Blessed Thistle, and find that great. Apparently it thickens your milk. It can be quite costly. From memory it wasn't too long - maybe a few days. I used it for ages, from when Brenna was 3 months through to 9 months (the Family centre put me onto it). I'll definately use it again next time! I got some made up from a Natropath here in Hamilton (Chris Rhodes -spl??) He's on Cunningham St, opposite Vardon School. They are great!
