It seems weird that plunket recommend no dairy products until over 12 months, but I was reading the ingredients on a jar of watties banana custard and it has full cream milk and sugar as its main ingredients. I would assume yoghurt would be the same? I want Jaymie to taste yummy yoghurt and custard, but I am reluctant if it is too soon...?]]>

I puree either fresh fruit or fruit canned in natural juice (no added sugar) and then mix with organic yoghurt in whatever ratio works that day - and I know she's not getting anything like sugar, gelatine and colours etc]]>

I just give Jack the normal yogurt and just restrict him to half a pottle a day - otherwise he would eat the whole 6 pack!]]>
