We leave our monitor on all the time cos I am basically too lazy to reach over and turn it off, and the door refuses to open sometimes and other time it seems to have opened by itself, or at least it was open when I came home and I swear i closed it, i think
Thank you for clearing up that mystery, now I can tell Neil it's the monitor's fault not baby brain

Edited by Redbedrock

A few weeks ago my garage door remotes seemed to only be working intermittantly, sometimes not at all. I changed batteries with no luck. My neighbour checked the insides and tested with his door and there was no problem, but mine was still playing up. I rang the manufacturer and the first question they asked me was "Have you got a baby moniter?". Indeed I have. Apparently when they are on, they interfere with any other device that needs a receiving signal. As long as I switch the moniter off before I go out the remotes work perfectly. Who would have thought................
