Hhhmm I was told 3 days in the fridge, 4 hours at room temperature, 3 months in a fridge freezer, 6 months in a deep chest freezer! I read somewhere that you could store fresh breastmilk 2 days max in the fridge and 6 hrs at room temp (provided it wasn't too hot a day).

I searched for this info but couldn't see it - how long can you store fresh breastmilk in the fridge?

I know it's frozen - 3 months, defrosted - 24hrs, but what about fresh?
