He is dehydrated, i've been given some pedialyte to try and get into him. He has been very sick hes gone down to small size nappies and has lost nearly 1kg.

Any other signs of dehydration? Could just be not drinking enough in this heat. Josh hasn't had a wet nappy since this morning. i'm taking him to the dr (not our gp but another one at the practise) later this afternoon.

Anyone have any ideas on what could be wrong with him?? He has been drinking a little (like 300mls this morning).
