I don;t think I would have bothered with the rocker if I had known the couch was more comfy...]]>

Luckliy I'm not up feeding very often in the night anymore.  As long as it has wide or low arms, supportive back and is comfortable any old chair is fine <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> ]]>

Now that he's older, we sit on there and have bedtime stories and bottle. It has a really straight back and is so super comfy.  I'm always happy to sit in it for ages.]]>

I sit on the sofa propped up with loads of pillows and lay him flat on&nbsp;a pillow too, I do the same in bed, but have to make sure I am upright enough otherwise I get a sore back. </P>]]>

It's pretty basic - but the best thing is the low arms.  Just enough to lean your elbow on but not so hight that it gets in the way.  It would be better if it was a bit wider though]]>

Althooo arms to rest your cup of water or tea (ermmmm not that I drank hot tea while feeding or anything <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0">) is very handy.<br /><br />But TBH, I used the couch in the lounge... mostly because I didn't want to be socially excluded from the family!]]>

I would recommend getting a tri pillow for when bubs is really small, they are also really good if you have a c/sec so that bubs isn't resting on or kicking the wound. And just make sure you bolster yourself up nice and comfy before you begin feeding.]]>

Anything else? Should it have arms?
