The old style one is on sale for $59 in the latest Famers brochere. My daighter still plays with hers and shes 3 1/2 now! Fisher Price now make a newer version- a bigger house, which u can buy seperate packs of furniture to add to. Farmers sell them- and they often have them on sale for $150, so dont pay more than that. They are $299 full price!
