Up until 2/3 weeks ago she slept between 8-11 hrs at night, but lately has started waking up after 5-6 hours wanting a feed and then 3/4 hourly after that. The odd random night she does 9 hours but then the next night is back to waking up early.
I do think it does sound like a growth spurt, as she does have a full feed when she wakes up and has put on a lot of weight recently. Hopefully it is just a phase and it will eventually settle down again

She feeds every 3 hours during the day with a good 2 hours worth of feeding from about 6am to 8 am when I am asleep. There is no way I could add in another feed without mucking up her day sleeps which I am not going to do. I'm hoping its just a really long growth spurt and then she will turn into a 12 hour a night sleeper well i can dream

Its really starting to get me down all this broken sleep tho I keep losing my temper at poor Jack and then feel terrible the whole day. If you feed her when she wakes at night does she take a whole feed or just a little bit to get back to sleep?
Spencer generally feeds 3 hourly during the day, he goes to bed at 7 is dream fed at 10.30 and then wakes once in the night anytime between 3am and 5.30am. If he goes longer during the day and only ends up having 4 feeds before 7pm instead of the usual 5 then he wakes up for 2 feeds at night.
Ok the whole point of that ramble was just to suggest adding an extra feed in during the day to try and stop her getting hungry during the night.

Kaleb slept through until he was 3months then started waking for a feed during the night again (he kept this up for another month then went back to sleeping through) We knew he was waking due to hunger based on how much of his bottle he would take in the middle of the night.
Also agree about trying not to put her down asleep.

For ages I would put him down after his bath and feed and he would sleep right through till 7-8AM, so a good 9 hours, now when I put him down he grizzles or just stares at me like I'm silly for putting him to bed and then when he eventually goes to sleep he wakes anything between 1, 2 or 3 times a night. I don't feed him though I just try to settle him back to sleep. Sometimes it works, other times he is really hungry so have to feed him. He has two teeth so I am thinking that has something to do with it.

Hope Caprece has some big sleeps for you soon, I know I'm hanging out for a decent night!

Are you swaddling her with a blanket so she can't wake and startle herself? What's her sleep routine like? Another idea is that because she's older, she's now more aware of the world around her and it's just too "interesting" for her to want to go to sleep as easily. A good consistent sleep routine might do the trick. You poor thing, you must be exhausted!

Then about 3 weeks or so ago the long sleeps stopped and so she was waking every 2-3 hours all day and night. We have now managed to get her better at day sleeping and will now go 3 hours between feeds and sleep for about an hour and a half. I put her to bed awake and she has a wee grizzle but goes down on her own.

She now goes to bed at 7 and is really hard to get to sleep, will wake at 9 for a top up and then sleep a max of 4 hours after that and then be 2-3 hourly after that all night and be really hard to settle her back to sleep. The thing is Jack is right next door so I can't let her grizzle for too long or it will wake him and he won't go back to sleep for a good 2 hours In the end I chuck her in our bed at about 5 so i can get some sort of sleep. She doesn't have reflux or anything and I've tried to settle her down without a feed but will just wake up ten minutes later.

Is there anything else I can do to help her sleep longer and be better at settling herself to sleep?
