You might want to ask her. Calling in for short periods every now and then helps (if she's the type that likes a call first, do that). Just breeze in, ask if she wants a coffee and look around for any dishes/washing that could do with a help. Calling up a week later and asking if the 2yo might like to go to the park with you etc will give her a huge break as well, but it's especially nice to let her know what time to expect you guys back. Then she knows if she has time for a lie-down and not to worry about her 'other' baby.]]>

As we are still TTC for our #1, I'm not sure what will be the most help to them.  Hopefully there'll be plenty of suggestions here!]]>
