Very relieved! That the cyst is probably a corpus lupus cyst and should be fine. It is not actually attached to my overy, so shouldn't be a problem. I will have a follow up scan in the first week of October, and make any decisions after that, if there has been any observable changes. Its about 5cm in size at the moment.
