OK so what I gather from my friend google and wikipedia is that DWR is durable water repellent. So..... FYI

I just saw in another thread that some people think that Teflon has been used on Fuzzi Bunz and Honey Child Nappies. Please note, this is not the case!

Q: Do your nappies have Teflon on them?

A: Neither Fuzzi Bunz or Honey Child Pockets use Teflon. However Fuzzi Bunz do have an additional waterproofing that is called a DWR and behaves similar to Teflon. This is applied to the outside layer of the nappy and does not touch the skin. DWR's are common on all upholstery, carpets and drapes. It is not allerginic.
